The Egyptian Tourism Board will host the Miss Vietnam beauty pageant winner Dang Thi Ngoc Han on her visit to Egypt and will take her to the most important tourist attractions. She is accompanied by a delegation of journalists from major Vietnamese newspapers and magazines. Her visit aims to promote tourism in Egypt. Miss Vietnam will go to the main tourist attractions in Cairo, Alexandria and other parts of Egypt to help promote a better image of Egypt as a safe country to visit after the January 25 Revolution which toppled 30-year leader Hosni Mubarak from power. Amr Ezabi, Chairman of the Tourist Board, will meet with Miss Vietnam during her visit. Miss Vietnam is the latest in a wave of celebrities, political figures and groups which have visited Egypt with the aim of helping the Arab world's most populous country revive tourism. Egypt relies heavily on tourism for both revenue and jobs, and the sector has seen a drastic fall as a result of the revolution and consequent security vacuum.
