The ‘Proposed constitutional guarantees for a fair distribution of national wealth and the right of the overall development' took place at The Bibliotheca Alexandrina Dialogue Forum organized today. Among the participants in the seminar were Attorney General, Chancellor Youssef Wagih and Chancellor Dr. Tamer and in the appeals division of the Public prosecutor behalf of the veto, Raymond and members of the Commissioners of the Supreme Constitutional Court. The seminar will be chaired by Chancellor Khaled al-Sadoun, an attorney in the appeals division of the Public Prosecutors. The seminar offers an educational program to spread awareness of legal and constitutional issues, including a series of specialized seminars offered by a group of jurists and constitutional law specialists from 23 May until June 23. The program aims to raise awareness about the constitution and the laws governing Egypt. It also deals with the definition of the Constitution, and the difference between a civil and religious state, constitutional rights, and drawing a national plan for comprehensive development in Egypt in accordance with the constitutional guarantees.
