ALEXANDRIA: The Egyptian Administrative Court of the Council of State passed a verdict on the lawsuit that calls for Ahmed Gaddaf al-Dam, cousin of Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi, to leave Egypt. The Egyptian lawyer Mohammed Hashish and Libyan activist Nasser al-Hwary filed a lawsuit against Gaddaf al-Dam for recruiting Egyptian mercenaries to kill Libyans. Such an action contradicts the constitutional declaration of March 30, 2011 which prohibits the practice of any military or paramilitary activities on Egyptian territories. The President of the Libyan Transition Council, Mustafa Abdel Gelil, asked Egypt to stop any Libyans in Egypt from threatening the security of Libyans. Gaddaf el-Dam, who is now in Alexandria, tried selling property in Egypt to fund Gadhafi's troops in Libya.
