CAIRO, Egypt: Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf asked the Minister of Finance Samir Radwan to finish all financial procedures regarding the $300 million that should be used to increase the reserving fund as well as solve the shortage of petroleum, said the Minister of Social Solidarity Goda abd el-Khaleq. El-Khaleq said that his ministry will cooperate with the Ministry of Petroleum to keep up with complaints regarding the shortage of gas (especially diesel gas) in the Egyptian market. The market faces a shortage as people have consumed fuel at a rate that is more than usual, he said.
