Ahli have decided to offload midfielder Moataz Eno one year before the end of his contract, the Egyptian league champions said. According to Ahli's website, manager Hossam Al-Badri met with Eno and informed him that he has no place in the team's squad for next season. “Eno has no chance because we are restricted to a limited number of players, but that doesn't take anything from what he had done for the club," Al-Badri said. Eno signed for Ahli on a free transfer from arch-rivals Zamalek in 2007, scoring on his debut against the Whites in a 2-0 Egypt Super Cup win. The 27-year-old almost joined MCDR on loan last season but the league cancellation brought him back to his parent club. Meanwhile, Ahli have added two more players to their CAF Champions League roster in defender Saad Samir and goalkeeper Mahmoud Aboul-Saoud. Samir and Aboul-Saoud, who spent last season on loan at Masri and Arab Contractors respectively, join newcomers Ahmed Sedik and Oussou Konan in the team's African roster.
