Central African Republic have secured their first-ever World Cup qualifying victory after beating Botswana 2-0 on Saturday. The Wild Beasts, who meet Egypt in the CAN 2013 qualifiers this month, were inspired by a brace from striker Foxi Kéthévoama. It is only Central African Republic's second ever competitive win, having stunned Algeria 2-0 in the CAN 2012 qualifiers in 2010. The big result leaves Herve Loungoundji's side on top of Group A, which also includes South Africa and Ethiopia.
