Esperance duo Khaled Korbi and Youssef Msakni scored for the 2004 champions as Italy-based Houcine Kharja pulled one back for the Moroccans. Earlier on the day, two goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Stephane Nguema gave co-hosts Gabon an easy win over Niger.
