Wydad to meet Ahli in CL group stage

Morocco's Wydad booked a place in the Champions League Group B alongside Ahli after beating Simba of Tanzania 3-0 on Saturday.
The match remained goalless up till the 88th minute when Fabrice Nguessi Ondama broke the deadlock.
Ayoub Elkhaliqi and Mouhssine Iajour scored one apiece on 90 and 92 minutes respectively.
Ondama and Elkhaliqi could have ended the match in a 5-0 win as each of them had an effort denied by the bar.
Wydad and Simba locked horns in a playoff match after Mazembe were excluded from the championship.
Mazembe were disqualified from the continental competition's group stage for fielding an ineligible player in their last 32 clash with Tanzania's Simba Sports.
