MCDR have announced the signing of Moroccan striker Omar Najdi from Raja Casablanca for an undisclosed fee. The 23-year-old, who has been with Casablanca giants Raja since 2008, signed a two-and-a-half-year contract worth $250,000 on Wednesday. MCDR hope he can be eligible to play in the next Egyptian Premier League game against holders Ahli on the 15th of January. Najdi is MCDR's third recruit this winter, following the arrival of Ayman Abdul-Aziz from Turkey's Rizespor and Sameh Adrous from Gaish.
