Ahli forward Geddo has shaken off an ankle injury to become fit to play against Ismaili in Sunday's Egyptian Premier League match. The Egypt international remained a doubt till Friday but he later underwent medical examinations that – unlike the initial diagnosis – indicated he can feature for the Red Devils in the anticipated match. Geddo, the 2010 African Cup of Nations top scorer, picked up the injury in the Pharaohs' 3-0 friendly win over Australia on Wednesday. Ahli's official site mentioned that the former Ittihad man will take part in at least a part of the game. Outcast Mohamed Shawky was also named for the Ismaili trip along with fellow holding midfielders Hossam Ghaly and Moataz Eno. Hossam Ashour was left out due to an ankle problem. Youngsters Amir Sayoud and Mohamed Talaat were also excluded from Ahli's squad with a groin strain and Achilles problem respectively.
