Enjoy FilGoal.com's selections for the Egyptian Premier League second round highlights. Best Player (Ahmed Samir Farag): Winger Ahmed Samir Farag gave Ismaili much-needed creativity to help them to a hard-fought 2-1 victory over ENPPI. He scored twice as Ismaili battled with ten men to secure their second consecutive win, having beat Petrojet 1-0 in the league opener. Farag, who wrecked havoc down the left flank, needed 53 seconds to open the scoring with a low angled free-kick. ENPPI equalized just before the break but Farag struck again with 13 minutes remaining after a superb individual effort to give Ismaili all three points. He skipped past ENPPI midfielder Islam Awad before hitting a low left-footed shot that left the keeper with no chance. Best Goal (Shikabala V Petrojet): Shikabala wrapped up Zamalek's easy 2-0 victory over a stuttering Petrojet side in superb fashion. The talented winger, who is targeted by Belgian giants Anderlecht, scored deep into injury time to put the result beyond doubt. He rounded off a counter attack when he cunningly dribbled past a couple of challengers before hitting the top corner of the net with a precise drive. Best Match (Arab Contractors 2-3 Military Production): A thrilling affair saw Contractors surrender an early two-goal lead to lose their second successive game. The Mountain Wolves, who were playing their first game under new coach Hamza Al-Gamal, looked on course to claim a comprehensive win after scoring twice in the first three minutes. In a frenetic first-half, Mohamed Adel put Contractors in front with a delightful shot and Nigerian striker Musa Kabiru doubled their advantage after making the most of a defensive blunder. Production playmaker Momen Zakaria narrowed the gap on 12 minutes with a first-time shot from inside the area and defender Hazem Fathi brought them level two minutes later with a simple tap in. Lively left-back Ahmed Abou-Mosallam, who joined Production in the close season, sealed their win with a 36th-minute strike for his second goal in as many games. Best Team (Zamalek): Zamalek produced a fine display to see off Petrojet, a team who proved to be a stubborn opponent for the Cairo giants on several occasions during the past few weeks. Striker Amr Zaki, who is gradually regaining his form after a barren spell, opened the scoring on the quarter-hour mark after heading home a corner. Shikabala capped the team's efforts with a second goal in stoppage time as Zamalek atoned for their 2-2 draw with Harras Hodoud in the league opener. Best Coach (Mark Wotte): Ismaili coach Mark Wotte successfully dealt with the red card Abdullah Shahat picked up in the first half to lead his side to a precious 2-1 home win over ENPPI. Left-back Shahat was sent off nine minutes before the break for a second bookable offense but the Dervishes still managed to win despite their numerical disadvantage. Dutchman Wotte introduced defender Ahmed Hegazi instead of central midfielder Amr Al-Sulaya and replaced striker Ahmed Ali with Mohsen Abou-Greisha to close down spaces at the back and inject zeal upfront. His substitutions paid dividends as Ahmed Samir Farag's brace sank ENPPI in Ismailia. Newsmaker (Ahmed Eid): Harras Hodoud forward Ahmed Eid put in a superb display in his side's 2-2 draw with Zamalek but made headlines for the wrong reasons in their second game against Smouha, which ended with the same scoreline. The 30-year-old notched Hodoud's first goal on 35 minutes with a fine volley but was sent off after the interval for swearing at the referee and pushing away the yellow card he intended to hand him. He faces up to a six-match suspension for his behavior which he said could cost him his place in Egypt's squad.
