Flavio Amado has been declared fit to take part in Angola's Nations Cup quarter-final clash against Ghana on Sunday. The prolific striker missed the hosts' final group stage-game against Algeria, which ended in a goalless draw, due to a hamstring injury. Angola coach Manuel Jose said the 30-year-old would be ready to feature in the anticipated encounter against four-time Nations Cup winners Ghana in capital Luanda. The return of Flavio, who joined Saudi side Shabab from Egyptian champions Ahli last summer, gives Jose a perfectly-timed boost as he seeks to help Angola qualify for the semis for the first time in their history. Flavio scored three goals via trademark headers in the team's first two Nations Cup games, a 4-4 draw with Mali and a 2-0 victory over Malawi.
