Bayern Munich outcast Luca Toni has all but signed for AS Roma, according to the Giallorossi sporting human resources manager Gianpaolo Montali. "We are down to the details," Montali was quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport. "Naturally, until you have the signature, there are no certainties in business, but with Toni we are practically there." Toni, who fell out with Bayern boss Louis van Gaal, revealed his desire to join the capital club. "I'll say it again, I won't consider any club apart from Roma. I want to wear the red and yellow shirt," the 32-year-old told the Corriere dello Sport. "Those who should know already know that I have made my decision and I won't go back on it. Now it is up to the club and my agent to close this deal. It's at a very delicate phase, but I have chosen Roma."
