Petrojet playmaker Al-Sayed Hamdi is on his way to recovering from injury, assistant coach Hani Al-Okabi said. Hamdi broke a bone in his foot during his competitive debut with Egypt in a World Cup qualifier against Rwanda last September. "Hamdi made good use of the recent break to regain his fitness," Al-Okabi told FilGoal.com. "We also retrieved back some injured players like Ahed Abdul-Maguid and Hani Hassan." Petrojet are hopeful of having their star man Hamdi fit for Tuesday's top-of-the-table clash with Egyptian Premier League leaders Ahli.
