Germany and Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose has been released from a four-day swine flu quarantine after he showing no symptoms of carrying the virus. Klose and his wife Sylwia were put under medical observation on Wednesday after their twin sons Noah and Luan tested positive for H1N1 flu. However, it was confirmed that the 31-year-old left quarantine and is now free to play for Germany in Wednesday's friendly with Ivory Coast. Germany were supposed to face Chile on Saturday, but the friendly game was called off after goalkeeper Robert Enke's tragic suicide last week.
