Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho conceded he has an injury-ridden squad ahead of Wednesday's crucial Champions League tie at Dinamo Kiev. Mourinho, who already has a good number of players on the sidelines, revealed that Sulley Muntari also picked up an injury in Sunday's 2-0 win at Livorno. "Unfortunately we're a team that always has injuries, I can never play the team I want," said the Portuguese. "Sulley Muntari can't walk and I don't think 48 hours will be enough (to recover), I think it will be difficult as well for Thiago Motta to be ready for Wednesday." Inter could also be without Dutch playmaker Wesley Sneijder, who is still nursing a hamstring injury.
