Abd-Rabou's Ahli stunned by Bani Yas

Hosni Abd-Rabou's Ahli failed to build on their victory over Emirates earlier this week to slump to a surprising 1-0 defeat to promoted Bani Yas in the UAE Football League on Friday.
The Dubai-based club claimed their first win of the season when they defeated Emirates 3-1 on Monday but couldn't get their season back on track after a stunning loss at the hands of Bani Yas.
Malian striker Modibo Diara scored the winner on 20 minutes after latching onto a through pass to slot home with aplomb.
Egypt midfielder Abd-Rabou, who scored against Bani Yas with a superb free-kick late in the game, played a full 90 minutes.
League holders Ahli are second from bottom in the league table with just three points from four games.
Poor results have set alarm bells ringing before Ahli play in the FIFA Club World Cup in December on home soil.
