Ismaili midfielder Samuel Johnson is set to join Kuwait's Kazma on loan, despite agreeing a move to Egyptian league strugglers Gaish a few days ago. The Dervishes said on Monday that they received an official notification from Gaish, who decided to call off the transfer. Consequently, the Guinean will join Kazma, where Egyptian playmaker Amr Fathi 'Samaka' spent the past couple of season, on six-month loan deal. Johnson's move away from Ismailia will solve a squad problem for coach Ricardo Ferreira in the mean time. The coastal club signed Mozambique defender Dario Khan and Iraqi keeper Nour Sabri while they already had two other foreigners at their disposal - Mostafa Karim and Johnson. Egyptian FA regulations allow every club to register just three foreigners in its squad. Ismaili are likely now to keep hold of Khan, their top scorer Karim and his compatriot Sabri.
