Ahli's starting line-up for the Cairo derby against Zamalek does not include Mohamed Abou-Treika and Shadi Mohamed, who sustained an injury in warm-up. The Ahli skipper was included in the starting eleven, but had to pull out of the game, making way for Ahmed Hassan. Hassan repleced Ahmed Fathi in midfield, and the latter moved to the heart of the defense. Manuel Jose opted to keep Egypt ace Abou-Treika on the bench as he starts with Hassan, Moataz Eno and Mohamed Barakat in midfield. Eno has rarely featured for the Red Devils in recent weeks, but the former Zamalek midfielder is deputizing for the injured Hossam Ashour. Another unusual inclusion in defense is youngster Mohamed Samir, who replaces the suspended Wael Gomaa. Ahli's line-up: Amir Abdul-Hamid- Ahmed Fathi, Mohamed Samir, Ahmed Al-Sayed- Ahmed Sedik, Gilberto, Moataz Eno, Ahmed Hassan, Mohamed Barakat- Flavio, Ahmed Belal.
