Brazil's unattached star Ronaldo is still eyeing a switch to Manchester City after he completes recovery from a serious knee injury. The 32-year-old striker has been out of action since February, following an anterior cruciate ligament operation, which ended his AC Milan spell. Ronaldo's chances of returning to top-level football were written off by many, but the Brazilian icon is eager to make his comeback. "I know that there is interest from Manchester City - and I am focused on my recovery to explore this," he was quoted as saying by the Daily Mirror. Ronaldo has been linked with the Citizens for several months, but the club's board remained tightlipped about the transfer. It is believed that the former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Real Madrid man is encouraged by the presence of several Brazilians at Eastlands, including Selecao ace Robinho and striker Jo.
