Ismaili are targeting a move to sign Egypt under 21 striker Ahmed Fathi ‘Boogi' from Qanah, football director Mohamed Salah Abou-Greisha said. Abou-Greisha confirmed that the player will be suggested to coach Ricardo before starting advance negotiations to sign him. “Among other names, Boogi is on top of the club's January transfer list,” Abou-Greisha told FilGoal.com on Saturday. “We are awaiting Ricardo's final decision on the player before holding talks with Qanah.” The player is currently tied with a five-year contract worth EGP 40 thousand a year, and it's reported that Qanah are willing to let him leave for a fee around EGP one million. Boogi is currently part of the national U21 setup which is being prepared to take part in the 2009 World Cup to be held in Egypt.
