Schalke to miss Rakitic against Barca

Schalke midfielder Ivan Rakitic will not make Tuesday's Champions League game against Barcelona due to an ankle injury.
Daily Bild reported that the Croatian twisted his ankle in training and could be out for up to four weeks.
Apart from that, the Bundesliga side will be missing another man in midfield as Jermain Jones is suspended for the Veltins Arena clash.
Coach Mirko Slomka could field full-back Christian Pander in midfield, just as he did at the weekend against Karlsruhe.
On the other hand, Barca's Frank Rijkaard will have to do without key trio Ronaldinho, Deco and Lionel Messi, who are all out injured.
