Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko said he isn't worried by the arrival of Nicolas Anelka, stressing that he will fight for his starting place. "I believe in my ability," he was quoted as saying by the Daily Express on Saturday. "I know that if I'm in good form I can be as good as any of the players here. I believe I can keep a place in this team." France striker Anelka joined from Bolton in January and he is expected to team up with Didier Drogba up front. "I am not worried about other players coming to the club," the 31-year-old Ukrainian added. "A club like Chelsea is always going to bring good players in. That is what you expect. "It means everybody has to fight that bit harder to get into the team. I am the same." Shevchenko didn't enjoy much of regular football under former manager Jose Mourinho But he forced his way back into the starting line up with Avram Grant, scoring a couple of goals, before being sidelined with an ankle injury. "Before this injury I was feeling good," he said. "I was in good form and I was scoring goals. I want to carry on that form when I come back."
