Zamalek filed an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport against the ban of Mahmoud Abdul-Razeq “Shikabala”. "FIFA's decision is not final and we have 21 days before making our appeal," board member Ahmed Tawfik Hafez told the club's official website. Shikabala was banned for six months and fined 990,000 euros for an illegitimate transfer to Zamalek.
