Inter Milan striker Adriano offered an apology for refusing to shake hands with his manager Roberto Mancini during the Nerazzurri's 1-0 win at Reggina on Saturday. The Brazilian scored his first goal in six months to win the game for Mancini's side, but the latter took off l'Imperator shortly after the restart. "No player likes to come off, and I'm one of those, I was angry with myself. If I was wrong I apologize because I didn't intend to hurt anyone," Adriano told Sky Italia. "My relationship with Mancini is normal. The coach makes his decisions and I have to accept them like I always have done in these years." The 24-year-old has been struggling with form since the beginning of last year, and he vows to keep on working hard after scoring his first goal this season. "I'm pleased to have scored tonight. Now I have to continue to work hard to improve," he added. "Thanks God I've sorted myself out. I have to work well like I'm doing and show on the pitch that I have changed."
