Bayern Munich coach Ottmar Hitzfeld said his side's group in the UEFA Cup is 'demanding' but is confident regarding the Bavarians' chances of going through to the next phase. The German giants were drawn in Group F along with Bolton Wanderers, Braga, Red Star Belgrade and Aris Salonika. "We've been handed an attractive draw against some very good teams. It's a demanding group," Hitzfeld was quoted as saying by the club's official website. "I rate Bolton Wanderers from England and Red Star Belgrade as our main rivals. "But on the other hand, Bayern are favorites whenever we play, and that applies here too. We've set our sights high – we're aiming to make the final." Bayern have missed out on Champions League football for the first time in 11 years after finishing fourth in the Bundesliga last season. However, after several high-profile signings, they are firm favorites to claim the UEFA Cup trophy for the second time in their history.
