Sunderland manager Roy Keane said that it's up to Egyptian striker Ahmed Hossam Mido to decide on his next destination and hoping it will be for the Stadium of light. "I met with the player over the weekend, he's had a few days to think about it and as usual there are one or two other clubs interested. "We're hopeful that he will make the right choice and to me the right choice would be to come to Sunderland. Mido has several offers on the table and Tottenham accepted them and now he will choose his best option. Sunderland made their bid, Birmingham City have revived their offer and Fulham have been reportedly interested in the player. "I'm convinced we'll have an answer from Mido today," said Keane. "Things are agreed with Spurs, that's not the issue. The issue is whether the player wants to come and play for Sunderland. "We'll wait and see. Whatever decision he makes, we'll respect it."
