Tunisia's Esperance are close to signing Brazilian striker Anderson Ramos in preparation to the African Champions League clash against holders Ahli in two weeks time. Local newspaper Al-Sabah reported that the player has completed a medical and a deal worth $500,000 will be struck soon. Anderson 28, should be ready to face Ahli as manager Faouzi Benzarti looks to reinforce his attack line after the departure of French striker Jacky Dugueperoux. The paper also stated that David Eto'o, the brother of Cameroonian star Samuel, is on trial at the Tunisian outfit and could join the team as well. Esperance are in desperate need for strikers after they struggled to find the net in their first two Champions League quarter-finals games against ASEC Mimosas of Ivory Coast and Hilal of Sudan.
