Zamalek board member Ahmed Tawfik Hafez has confirmed that the club won't be purchasing any more foreign players specially after the signing of Jordanian Khaled Saad from Faisali. There have been rumors recently that the club intends to sell one of their two Tunisian defenders Wissem El Abdi or Yamen Ben Zekri to allow the recruit of one more foreign player as the Egyptian Football Association rules tolerate the registration of only three foreigners in each team. "We have three foreign players, Yamen Ben Zekri, Wissem El Abdi (both Tunisia) and now Khaled Saad (Jordan) and we intend to keep them all," said Tawfik to FilGoal.com. On the other hand, Hafez denied all the reports linking Zamalek with Sweden's Egyptian-born goalie Rami Shaaban as Mohamed Abdul-Monsef will extend his stay at the club.
