Handball- Ahli close on Super Globe title

Ahli grabbed their third successive victory in the Super Globe after beating Algeria's Mouloudia Alger 28-20 on Thursday to maintain their position on the tournament's summit.
The Cairo giants are on top with six points, two ahead of second-placed Spain's Ciudad Real, who face Qadsia on Saturday.
If Cuidad beat the Kuwaiti club, then their meeting against Ahli in the last match next Friday will determine the competition's winner.
Earlier on Thursday, Brazilian side Metodista defeated Qadsia 25-22.
