Zamalek striker Amr Zaki has denied on Friday rumors linking him with a move away from the club, insisting that he is more than happy to stay with the Cairo giants. "Any news about a possible departure is totally untrue, I intend to stay with Zamalek," Zaki told FilGoal.com. "These rumors are illogical, Zamalek have the right to keep me even if I want out. I want to know who quotes me saying these nonsense statements." Reports said the Egypt international striker is set to leave at the end of the season due to the instability that mars Zamalek local and African campaign. Zaki also revealed he does not hold any grudge against Zamalek after the club turned down several European offers for his services during the January transfer window. The 24-year-old claimed that he received an offer from Premiership side Sheffield United worth two million sterling pounds which Zamalek rejected. Meanwhile, the former ENPPI frontman stated he is one week short of conducting off-ball training. Zaki has recently undergone a surgery on his nose which was broken in Zamalek's Arab Champions League clash against Ahli Jeddah.
