We played a great match, says Mancini
Published in FilGoal on 12 - 03 - 2007

Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini said it was normal to feel happy after beating rivals AC Milan 2-1 in the local derby on Sunday.
"I'm happy but I think that's quite normal after this victory," Mancini told Inter's official site.
Inter fell behind early in the game after a first-half strike from former player Ronaldo. But second-half goals from Julio Cruz and Zlatan Ibrahimovic sealed their victory.
"The team played a great match (against AC Milan).
"We might not have finished off our chances in the first half, but we did really well after the restart," said Mancini.
Inter are enjoying a sublime season as they top the Serie A table with 73 points, 16 ahead of second-placed AS Roma and have maintained an unbeaten record so far in the campaign.
The Nerazzurri have also managed to reach the Coppa Italia final, achievements which have left Mancini gloating.
"If we continue at this tempo the season will be extraordinary and the boys deserve it.

...But Inter recovered swiftly
"We must give our best in the two Tim Cup (Coppa Italia) final matches. By doing this, what we're doing will be a wonderful memory in twenty years time," he added.
Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti, whose Milan side advanced to the last 8 of the Champions League, believes that the extra time they played in midweek against Celtic had a negative impact on the team's second half performance in the Milanese derby.
"I felt the team played well in the first half, we played with plenty of aggression to keep Inter in check.
"In the second half, we paid for playing extra time in the Champions League and we lost a bit of brightness," he told AC Milan's website after the game.
Ancelotti praised the strong Inter side for their ability to turn the game in their favor after the break.
"We wanted to play on the ground so we took some risks which Inter did well in taking advantage of, with their strength and ability.
"We came up against a great side that only managed to bounce back thanks to its physical strength."
