Zamalek caretaker coach Mahmoud Saad is set to field a lone striker in his side's Cairo derby clash against arch-rivals Ahli in the Egyptian League on Saturday. A source in the club's technical staff, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told FilGoal.com that in-form Amr Zaki is tipped to occupy the striker's role, supported by Ghanaian playmaker Awuley Quay 'Junior'. Defender Ibrahim Saied, who has been out of action recently due to a dispute with the club over financial matters, is expected to make the starting line-up because of Zamalek's back-line crisis. Defensive duo Tamer Abdul-Wahab and Amr Al-Safti will miss the game through suspension while Mahmoud Mahmoud is out due to injury.
Al-Hadari returns to action French boss Henri Michel, who will take over Zamalek after the derby match, attended the team's training on Thursday to observe his players. On the other hand, Ahli will be relieved by the news that goalkeeper Essam Al-Hadari is likely to take part in the match after recovering from injury. The Egypt international keeper hurt his knee in Ahli's encounter against Brazil's Internacional in the semi-final of the Club World Cup. Back-up keeper Amir Abdul-Hamid is definitely out of the derby after sustaining an injury that will rule him out of action for two weeks.
