Drogba scores last-gasp goal as Chelsea hold Barcelona
Published in FilGoal on 01 - 11 - 2006

Didier Drogba struck home in the 93rd minute as Chelsea came from behind twice to hold Barcelona to a 2-2 draw in an ill-tempered Champions League Group A match at Nou Camp on Tuesday.
Drogba's late goal cancelled out Eidur Gudjohnsen's 58th minute goal that put Barcelona 2-1 up.
Deco scored the opener as early as the 3rd minute while Frank Lampard tied the game seven minutes after restart.
The result secured Chelsea's place at the top of Group A with 10 points while Barcelona slipped to third spot with five points.
Barcelona got off to a roaring start when Deco scored the opener after a brilliant solo effort that saw him dance his way past Chelsea's defense and fire home from the edge of the area.
Lampard brought the Premiership champions back into the game with a spectacular goal in the 52nd minute.
The England international lobbed a beautiful ball over Barcelona goalie Victor Valdes from the byline to give Chelsea a deserved equalizer.
Things got out of hand as play became very rough and referee Stefano Ferina was forced to dole out 10 yellow cards.

Bauman celebrates his goal against Levski
Gudjohnsen regained the lead for the home side when notched home from close range after Ronaldinho lost his marker and sent a brilliant low cross to the far post.
Just as Barcelona's fans were ready to celebrate Drogba rained on their parade.
The Ivory Coast skipper controlled a John Terry header in the area and side stepped Gianluca Zambrotta before drilling home past Valdes deep into stoppage time.
Elsewhere, Werder Bremen kept their chances of advancing to the knockout stage alive with a 3-0 drubbing of Levski Sofia.
The German giants scored the three goals in a span of five minutes with the first coming from a dreadful mistake by Levski keeper Nikolay Mihaylov.
The 18-year-old failed to control a back pass from teammate Lucio Vagner to give Werder the lead in the 33rd minute.
Captain Frank Baumann doubled the lead two minutes later and Tosten Frings completed the rout a minute later.
The result put Werder in second place on seven points while Levski exit the competition after failing to bag a single point from four matches.
