Fiorentina striker Luca Toni said that he wants to move to a bigger club where he can compete for more trophies. Since his move to Fiorentina from Palermo last summer, Toni has had a dream season winning the League's golden boot as well as winning the World Cup with Italy. "The past season has been a wonderful one for me, probably my best ever, but now has come the time for me to choose," Toni was quoted as saying by La Gazetta Dello Sport on Thursday. Toni looked certain to be leaving Fiorentina after the club were sentenced to Serie B relegation for their involvement in the Italian match fixing scandal, but after the club's appeal has been accepted and they will stay in Serie A, Fiorentina are aiming to keep Toni more than ever. "I've received several offers from top clubs who are competing for their championship titles and the Champions League, and considering my age, I need to take my options carefully." Toni was heavily linked with a move to Inter, but the 30-year-old confirmed that he received serious offers from other European clubs. "I want to win something, I'm not 20 years anymore and I want to fully exploit the last years I have before I end my career." "I need to meet club president Della Valle and make clear what my needs are," Toni considered.
