Arsenal and England defender Sol Campbell will start against Villarreal in the Champions League semis on Tuesday, the club said. Campbell, who broke his nose on his comeback from a six-month layoff earlier in April, will cover the absence of Swiss defneder Philippe Senderos who picked up an injury over the weekend. "Senderos is out, Sol Campbell will play for Senderos," said coach Arsene Wenger on the club's website. "He will start the game. It is a little bit of a gamble because he's not had a number of games but is physically alright and he will be OK." Senderos was a key player in Arsenal's back line that kept a cleen sheet in a record of nine successive games in the Champions League this year. Defenders Lauren, Pascal Cygan, Gael Clichy, Ashley Cole in addition to Senderos and Campbell have been all out of action for different periods this season due to injuries.
