Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho said he and his players were not celebrating their second successive Premier League title yet. "I'm very confident but I am not jumping and I am not singing," Mourinho was quoted as saying by Chelsea's website in a press conference on Sunday. Chelsea have virtually secured their back-to-back local title after their 2-0 win over Bolton on Saturday. The Blues will take on Everton on Monday in a bid to seal the title in case of a win. Title contenders Manchester United, who were held to a goalless draw by Sunderland on Friday, will have to win when they face Tottenham earlier on Monday if they wish to stay in the running. "We have Everton at home (on Monday), it is a very difficult match, as always. That is why I say we need four points to be champions, not three, you never know what can happen in football," said Mourinho.
