Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger expressed his delight by his side's 2-0 win over Juventus in the first-leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. "I'm very happy with the performance, the fluency, the speed and the technical part of the game we want to play," Wenger told reporters after the game. "The team is getting better and better," he said. The French manager said that the advantage edged Arsenal closer to the last four stage. "I believe we can go through and that we will finish the job at Juventus, but there's still a lot to come," he said. "We have done half the job and we want to finish it next week." Despite the bliss, Wenger did admit he regretted not scoring more home goals against the lackluster Juve. "The regret I have is that I felt there was one more goal in this game for us - especially with some of the action in the second half. "With the number of set-pieces we had, maybe we should have had one more goal," he said.
