Chelsea have been crowned UEFA Europa League champions by beating Benfica 2-1, thanks to a 93rd minute header from defender Branislav Ivanovic.
Ivanovic ensured a stunning end to the game with a super header to restore Chelsea's lead after Oscar Cardozo had cancelled out Fernando Torres' opener.
It is Chelsea second continental trophy in two years as the Londoners are still the reigning Champions League winners.
