Mohamed ElBaradei, the former chief of the UN nuclear watchdog, plans a series of visits to secular opposition parties, sources close to him said on Sunday. Having returned to Egypt from London last week after a brief visit, ElBaradei, 68, is expeced Sunday evening to visit the Democratic Front Party, which has declared boycott of elections in Egypt for an alleged lack of guarantees. ElBaradei is leading a high-profile campaign for constiutional reforms in Egypt.
