Yemen rebels offer truce with gov't

DUBAI - The leader of Yemen's Shi'ite rebels announced on Saturday a ceasefire with the government, saying he accepted government conditions, Al Jazeera television reported.
The television channel aired an audio recording of Abdul-Malik al-Houthi offering the truce to the government.
