CAIRO - Scores of Egyptians, pushing for a faster change pace, early Friday turned up at the iconic Tahrir Square in central Cairo for massive protests dubbed by organisers "the Second Friday of Anger". Raising the national flag, the protesters are expected to be joined by many others to express anger at what they see as foot-dragging on bringing former president Hosni Mubarak and figures of his regime to trial. In leaflets distributed by the protesters, they demanded that Mubarak, now staying at a hospital in the Red Sea town of Sharm el-Sheikh, be put on trial for high treason.Disbanding local councils deemed loyal to the toppled leader and prosecuting all policemen suspected of involvement in a deadly crackdown on protesters on January 28, known as the Friday of Anger.
