CAIRO - Egyptian tycoon Naguib Sawiris has called on German investors to support Egypt in its efforts to overcome economic repercussions of political unrest that toppled former president Hosni Mubarak on February 11, the official Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported Sunday. "I hope Germany will help Egypt at this very critical time of political change," Sawiris told a meeting of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC) in Cairo late Saturday. Sawiris, GACIC's chairman, called on German investors to set up schools in Egypt and train Egyptian young people to meet the needs of the labour market.
