CAIRO, August 7, 2018 (MENA) - The Egyptian Exchange indexes posted collective gains at the close of Tuesday's trading, backed by purchases by local and Arab institutions and investment funds. The market capital gained LE 6.8 billion to reach LE 881.1 billion, after transactions that hit EGP one billion pounds. The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 0.74 per cent to close at 15,761.55 points. The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) increased by 0.69 per cent to 751.88 points. The all-embracing EGX 100 index rose 0.67 per cent to close at 1,947.91 points.
