Al-Ahly accept Azaro sale to China for €10 million

CAIRO, July 5, 2018 - Egyptian football club Al-Ahly have approved the transfer of Moroccan striker Walid Azaro to Chinese Super League side Hebei China Fortune, pending agreement on the transfer fee.
Azaro scored 18 league goals last season to claim the league's Golden Boot but was agonisingly dropped from Herve Renard's final World Cup squad.
After joining Al-Ahly from Moroccan side Difaa El Jadida on a four-year deal in the 2017 summer, Azaro saw his stock rise in his debut Egyptian Premier League season, inviting a big Chinese move.
