The meeting was attended by Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed Samir, CEO of the Holding Company for Food Industries Ahmed Hassanein, head of the Consumer Protection Authority Ayman Hossam, advisor to the minister for control and distribution Ahmed Mahdi, Vice President of FEDCOC Adel Nasser.
Al-Moselhy called on the heads of the chambers of commerce in governorates to establish at least five "Welcome Ramadan" exhibitions in each governorate and a corner in each commercial chain for the goods of Welcome Ramadan.
For his part, Ahmed Samir, Minister of Trade and Industry, confirmed that meetings were held with the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and heads of chambers of commerce and manufacturers to increase the supply of goods and products to meet the needs of citizens.
Samir called on merchants to offer commodities to citizens at a fair price, pointing out that competitiveness is what will create this fair price for citizens.
