Egypt's unemployment rate registered 10% of the total labour force in third quarter (Q3), while it was 9.9% in Q2 2018, which is an increase of 0.1% and a decrease of 1.9% from the same quarter last year, according to Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) on Thursday.
