ESLSCA Business School has held a graduation ceremony for a new batch of MBA students in the presence of a number of university faculty members, including the master of the ruling party of Uganda and the brother of president Museveni, Honorary President Dr Carlos Guimner, Vice President of Spanish Plantation Dr Taha Abdullah, President of the French National University Dr Mohamed El Masri, representative of the Egyptian University of e-learning Mustafa Hodeeb, who for a long time was part of ESLSCA leadership.
In his address, Sedrach Zairi, said that he would thank ESLSCA for training leaders in Uganda.

In his speech Dr Mohamed El-Hennawi, president of ESLSCA expressed his welcome to all the attendees and thanked the faculty members. He stressed the necessity of keeping pace with the era of progress, excellence, and development, so as to be able to deal with what is new, especially in light of the industrial revolution, which began at the end of the 17th century from the revolution of commercial machines to electricity to the revolution of computers and its uses and the end of the revolution of artificial intelligence and the robot and nanotechnology technology and biotechnology and self-driving vehicles, as a means to stimulate graduates.
El-Hennawi called for Egypt to enter the era of artificial intelligence and education until it reaches the same level as other advanced countries and even emerging countries.
He appealed to the graduates to continue their education and training to keep up with the development of this age, which is evolving at every moment and every day.
Dr Ali El Meligy, chairperson of the board of trustees of the University of ESLSCA, stressed that there are many unions that consider them partners in success. He referred to the government programme, which is believed by the leaders of ESLSCA, which will train 1,500 government leaders, 300 of which will be ministers and future ministers of ministries. President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi will finish this number until 2023, and, God willing, we will succeed in this.

Finally, he said that it was agreed with a group of universities that the administration is considered a profession, whether the student of business administration, engineer or doctor or works in any other field.
Meanwhile, he has a new profession that has its own ethics and fundamentals, and therefore we agreed on the section that all of our graduates signed, and the doctor gave the oath to the graduates who echoed him in turn.
The annual graduation ceremony is the culmination of the students' efforts during two years of continuous and continuous work to obtain the MBA degree. It is also a tribute to ESLSCA's continuous efforts since 1997 to qualify Egyptian cadres with the latest management and leadership technologies and applications.
