Beta Egypt for Urban Development announced launching the first phase of its new residential project, Beta Greens New Cairo at Mostakbal City, on an area of 356,000sqm, with a total value of investments exceeding EGP 5bn.
The project will provide 3,000 housing units with various sizes ranging from 125 sqm, 175 sqm, and 230 sqm, along with townhouses and twin house villas divided along six phases, which are all to be completed within five years.
Alaa Fikri, chairperson of Beta Egypt, said that the first phase of the project includes 200 units and is scheduled to be delivered by 2021, adding that the units will be offered at competitive prices with repayment facilities of up to nine years of payment without interest.
Fikri added that company has, for over 25 years, been providing integrated residential projects through which it has presented a model of quality, commitment, and care for details, a feature that distinguishes the company over its real estate rivals.
"Also, through Beta Greens New Cairo, we are looking to improve the quality of life in its social, economic, and environmental concepts by establishing an integrated urban community based on outstanding design and environmentally-friendly technology so as to remain a landmark for many generations to come," Fikri said. "The project will include a social and sports club with swimming pools and playgrounds along with a nursery of the highest standard. For the first time, it will also include tracks for cyclers and unique green areas decorated with different types of flowers and plants with parking lots for each unit. In addition, solar energy will be utilised in a modern way to improve the lives of residents and to enjoy more health, comfort, luxury, and privacy."
The project was designed by Line Designers, while Space Consultant was selected as the project's general consultant, according to Fikri.
