Al Arabia Real Estate and Development (ARCO) launched five new projects and a new sales centre at Citystars Cairo on Thursday.
The first project is Lavande, which will be located in 6th of October City on 56 feddans and include townhouses and villas. It will be located in front of the New Gezira Club and feature 345 units in different areas. The design will be inspired by southern France.
The first phase will consist of 100 units and will be launched on 24 November, with total investments worth EGP 1.5bn. The unit areas will range from EGP 270m to EGP 345m. Intalments can be paid for up to 12 years with a 12% down payment.
La Fountaine is another project that will be located in New Cairo on an area of 34 feddans. It will be located in front of Wadi Degla and just three minutes from the American University in Cairo (AUC). It will be the company's fourth project in New Cairo.
The project will have investments worth EGP 1.7bn and will include 85 townhouses and 565 units. Each group of buildings will have a covered swimming pool and health club.
The project has different instalment plans for either six, eight, or ten years.
The new phase of Citystars Sahel will be sponsored by an international sports celebrity. The lagoon, 480,000 metres in size, will be surrounded by 130 villas, both separate and stand alone.
This phase will be located on an area of 160 feddans and will contain two hotels. A memorandum of understanding will be signed Thursday with a Swiss hotel, with another one expected to be signed with the Fairmont hotel brand, which will include 360 rooms.
Moreover, 220 cabins will be available as townhouses and chalets, with a total of 1,137 available units. This is in addition to 550 hotel-style apartments and 250 hotel-style villas. This phase will be completed by 2020 with investments worth EGP 4bn, with the project's total investments expected to register EGP 18bn.
Lagoon, another project located on the North Coast, will consist of 792 units on an area of 33 feddans divided into 33 buildings. It will be located near the city of Al-Alamein. Nine buildings are expected to be completed in April.
The first day of reservations will begin Thursday for 140 units, and the next slot of reservations will take place in 2017. The down payment is 10%. The project's total investments are worth EGP 600m. It will include 258 hotel-style apartments to be operated by Ibis hotels, which is a subsidiary of AccorHotels.
Le Reve project, located on the Ring Road, will consist of 120 luxurious villas built on an area of 116 feddans.
ARCO's new showroom is located in Citystars Cairo and will feature interactive tables and an interactive screen where you can view all the projects.
